Ravi A. Boze-Adams
Ravi A. Boze-Adams is the Chief Executive Officer for Boze Bookkeeping, LLC, which formed in 2019 in Franklinton, NC. She is a native New Jerseyan, who settled in North Carolina after receiving a B.A. in Mathematics from East Carolina University. While her full-time focus is local government, she has been working part-time in Tax Preparation & Bookkeeping for the last 18 years. She also has an Accounting Certificate from Vance-Granville Community College and a degree in Computer Science from Essex County College. Ravi serves as the CEO of Adams Apples Inc, a nonprofit corporation which fiscally sponsors other non-profits. Her sense of community responsibility drove her to initiate low-cost tax preparation for non-profits and Seniors and helping individuals with business formation in NC. Ravi is a Notary Public, grandmother of 3, and loves working with her sister.
LeaLea Boze
LeaLea Boze, CFO of Boze Bookkeeping, LLC. LeaLea has a degree in Accounting, is a Notary and is becoming an AIPB Certified Professional Bookkeeper. LeaLea has over 25 years’ experience as a Professional Bookkeeper for Educational Organizations, Local Government Agencies, Non-Profit Organizations and Small Corporations and LLC’s. LeaLea started Boze Bookkeeping, LLC with her sister Ravi Boze-Adams to help Companies and Self-employed business owners organize their financial records to maintain positive fiscal responsibilities, understand financial stability, and accurate tax reporting.
